Amboseli National Park is Kenya's first established game park and the word 'Amboseli' is the Maasai word for "salt dust". It is situated on the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro very close to the Tanzanian border. With the majestic backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro, spectacular displays of wildlife (Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Cheetah, and Buffalo) and various plains' game, postcard perfect pictures are almost always guaranteed. This park has a record of over 250 species of birds.

Tsavo East lies to the East of Nairobi offers a vast and untapped arena of arid bush which is washed by azure and emerald meandering of Galana River. Its guarded by the limitless lava reaches of Yatta plateau and patrolled by large herds of Red-soiled Elephants and the famous Man Eaters of Tsavo. Interesting geographical features in Tsavo include the Lugard Falls and the Mudanda Rock. This is a long rock outcrop that is about 1.6Km long. There is a dam at the base. Animals can be seen quenching thirst. Visitors do walk along the rock and enjoy a cool breeze as well as view wildlife at the base. Other features include Aruba Dam which was built in 1952 across the Voi river. The dam attracts many animals and water birds can be seen at this dam. Tsavo/Athi rivers confluence – when the two rivers join they form the Galana river. Common wildlife are large herds of Elephants, Buffalos, Rhinos, Lions, Leopards, Hirolas (Hunters Hartebeest) among many other wildlife species.

Day 1: Meeting point – Steers (Muindi Mbingu Street opposite the Jeevanjee Gardens) at 0700hrs. A short briefing on the safari will follow before we proceed to Amboseli National Park with a prompt departure at 0710hrs to arrive in time for lunch. We will pass through the Athi River plains the home of the Maasai tribe to Amboseli National Park, a place of stark contrast. The greatest attraction is the vast herds of Elephant within the park. The evening game drive will complete this full day and allow you to see and experience the wilds of Africa in its natural state. Dinner and overnight stay at Sentrim Amboseli Camp (Lunch & Dinner)

Day 2: After breakfast, check out and proceed to Tsavo East National Park. We will drive through Mombasa Road with a brief stop over for lunch at own cost. Enjoy an evening game drive in search of the famous Man – Eaters of Tsavo. Dinner and overnight stay at Ashnil Aruba Lodge (Dinner)

Day 3: After breakfast, we spend the better part of the morning enjoying the parks rich resources. Get to cool off in the swimming pool as we look forward to the evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 4: Pre-breakfast game drive before embarking for a sumptuous breakfast. Spend the morning at own leisure or by the pool. We get to enjoy an early lunch cuisine at the lodge before we lazily depart for Nairobi. ETA at Nairobi is 1830hrs (Breakfast & Lunch)
